How do I get my picture to you?
After you send us your order through our ordering page we will contact you within 1 business day. You will be sent an order form and be told where to email your original unedited image.

What format should my photographs be in?
We prefer digital images, but will also scan images for you if necessary (.50 per image). Your digital image should come straight from your camera or scanner, we prefer to do our own editing. Ideally, we need a 1200x1800 pixel image to get the best quality for your 4 x 6 print (at 300dpi). A higher resolution is even better! When using a digital camera, set your camera to the highest resolution possible (Please refer to your owner's manual for more information about setting the resolution on your camera). Please save your files to either JPG, TIFF or PSD format before sending them to us. Also, please make sure your e-mail program does not try to automatically resize your photos. Following these resolution and file format guidelines will ensure the highest quality card.

Can I use a professional photograph?
Yes, as long as you send us a copyright release form.

Can you edit my photographs?
Yes! We can edit your image to be Black & White or Sepia. We can also correct minor imperfections (red eye etc).

What kind of paper do you use?
All of our photo cards are professionally printed on Fujicolor Crystal Archive paper with a lustre surface.

Will I receive a proof before my order is processed?
Yes! We will send you a link that will allow you to view your proof. You must approve it before we print it. You can make changes to your proof, we won't print until you are completely satisfied.

How long will my order take?
Typically an order will take 4-5 days, not including shipping time. Once we receive your image, we will have a proof for you within 2 business days. Once your proof is approved it will be printed and shipped within 2 business days. All orders are shipped via the USPS, priority mail.

How and when will my order be shipped?
Orders will NOT be shipped until payment has been received. All orders are shipped Priority Mail via the USPS. All orders under 50 will be charged a flat rate of $5, orders over 50 will be a flat rate of $8.

What kind of envelopes do you offer and can I preorder?
All orders include white A6 envelopes. You can preorder your envelopes, but there will be additional shipping charges. Currently we are not able to offer return address label printing.

What types of payment do you accept?
We prefer PayPal. Making your payment through Paypal is easy! It only takes a minute to sign up and is very secure.

2. Click the "Sign Up" link and sign up for a personal account.
3. Once your account is set up, click the "Send Money" tab at the top. It will ask you for an email address to send the money to, enter: heatherhales@hotmail.com

We also accept Personal Checks and Money Orders made out to Heather Hales, your invoice will include the address to mail to.
